    • Malcolm has over 34 year's experience managing various positions within the customer service and consulting business including telecommunications, construction, education and training, customer liaison and training with major hotelier and resort senior management and staff. His experience includes:
      • Micro and Macro management of business day-to-day operations,
      • Customer development and management providing training solutions to enhance the individual within the company structure or individuals in a small business or single operations. This is to build and deliver training packages to enhance the learning in specific fields.
      • Personnel training and management development skills
      • These fields include telecommunications, civil construction, customer service business and entrepreneurs for global business enterprises.
      • Occupational, Health, Safety & Environment and Quality Control training for specific package requirements.
      • Extensive experience in team building and negotiation, able to motivate and move a group toward a consensus.
      • Planning and organising with other companies for strategies to deliver multiple efficient services at a cost effective price that meets all relevant requirements.
      • Development Consultant and training company's staff and small business subcontractors for the required skills in telecommunications, occupational, health & safety, security, business administration and project management. This includes all of the certifications and the endorsements to equip people with the required license for cabling activities within the telecommunications window for the National Broadband Network within Australia.
